The Levktro area has no veterinarian!

Dear readers,

the animal lovers of the Levktro area are looking for a vet who would like to open a veterinary surgery in the area. The area of Levktro is located in the Messinian Mani on the Peloponnese and includes the villages of Kardamyli, Stoupa, Neohori, Pyrgos, Agios Nikolaos, Riglia, Pigi and others. During the past years population has been increasing steadily and not only are there more Greeks but also more foreigners living in the area.
The closest veterinarian is an hour away in Kalamata. That is not only too far away in an emergency but it also limits regular care because animal owners won’t and many times can’t take that long trip with their animal.

Are you a vet and would you like to open a surgery in this lovely area with mountains and see and lots of leisure things to do? Maybe you are retired but would enjoy to continue working on a smaller scale? 

All animal lovers in the area would be happy to know there is a vet who is close enough to help them care for their pets and for the stray animals.
